Lenovo ThinkPad Z60t
Marca: Sufficiente eCS 2.0b2 and 1.2R claim courrupt partition table and refuse to install bootmanger. Removing all partitions with DOS and creating first an empty partitionwith eCS for Win XP (witch then can format the partition with NTFS during installation) solves the problem.
Z60t Broadcom NetXtreme GB Ethernet NIC works well with the B57.os2 driver from Broadcom. Uniaudio from eCS 2.0b2 can be loaded but no sound, SNAP from eCS 2.0b2 works but only at 1024x768. Switch off LCD expansion in Bios to get a clearer image (of course without benefit from WXGA). ACPI can be loaded but no benefit. remming out PSD=ACPI.PSD and BASEDEV=ACPICA.ADD in config.sys enables adjustment of brightness via buttons and allows to switch to the external display/beamer. GenMac Wrapper V 1.7 lists Ahteros Wireless LAN 168C:1014 but Wireless slide switch on Z60t front does not power on the wireless card, so it is not found during boot. PCMCIA works and ZyAir B100 wireless nic is working. USB also works for USB diskette drive and Hama CF card reader. WarpVision works with hwendive, suitable for fans of old Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton movies!
