Sergey ci avverte che la SoundBlaster AWE32 potrebbe presentare un problema durante la registrazione dei file in formato Wav.
Quando si registra un file wav attraverso i driver Creative per la SoundBlaster, ci possono essere delle perdite di dati. E' consigliabile controllare l'integritа della waveform del file wav attraverso un programma di terze parti.
Sergey suppone che la causa di questo problema sia dovuta ai driver Creative. Lo stesso hardware funzionava correttamente sotto Windows.
Fate quindi attenzione. Controllare gli output delle vostre registrazioni potrebbe evitarvi spiacevoli perdite di dati!

There is someone interested in paying for an OS/2 port of the VIC Video-Conferencing Tool (http://www-mice.cs.ucl.ac.uk/multimedia/software/vic/), and is willing to pay $1000 for a working release.
The developer would maintain the right to make whatever else he
likes of the product, including reselling it to third parties or
putting it in the public domain.
