One the most Lenovo T61 in the bios the option sata is locked on sata 1!!!!! From Lenovo they don't want to make a bios update to unlock sata1. The sata can unlocked to sata 2!!! To do this you can download de modded bios by Middleton BIOS for SATA II. Read this forum, eveything about modding bios for Lenovo T61 en more models [url] My Samsung is working now on SATA 2 and it works fast. Greeting Bob
