Optical mouse with three buttons and wheel (it is a third button, actually). USB and PS/2 interface (USB-PS/2 converter).

Design is good, symmetrical. Sensitivity is good for optical mouses. But, I can't work with optical mouses - I move mouse on air often (to move cursor further). But optical mouse detects, that I move mouse backwards and moves cursor too. If you can handle it, that's good.

Works fine via PS/2 with xmouse.sys. USB interface is working too, but wheel is not working as a button.

So, as I can see - nice choice for those, who like optical mouses.
