VDDs / VDMA

VDMA is for virtualization of DMA transfers within any VDM (Virtual DOS Machine).
The original VDMA got some bugs and is not that compatible at all, so some games get corrupted sound-output or don't work at all.
That's why I decided to write a new version from scratch.

• Will fix e.g. Prince of Persia 2, Goblins 3, some Sierra games, Sam'n Max and many more
• Contains new API for VSOUND
• Does *not* emulate virtual DMA services (INT 4Bh) yet, but those services shouldnt be needed anyway
• THIS VERSION IS *BETA*, DO NOT USE IT IN PRODUCTIVE ENVIRONMENTS
